Lead Pouch Operator - 2nd Shift

We are looking for an expert Pouch Machine Operator to Lead our 2nd Shift Pouch Team! This role requires a high-level of mastery in pouch machine set-up, operation, and troubleshooting; expertise in heat-sealable materials; proficiency in pouch trials and validations; and experience leading a team. Our 2nd Shift runs Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm. Schedule will adjust to overlap shifts as needed. Initial training will take place mostly on 1st Shift. This hourly role includes a shift differential $$$

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate pouch production quality including pouch machine operation and heat-sealable material interactions Troubleshoot pouch machine and material issues Provide validation and trial support Lead pouch team to meet job schedules and quality standards

Job Requirements:

High-level of technical expertise in pouch machine set-up, operator system controls, and equipment troubleshooting 3 years of experience using heat-sealable materials in pouch production 3 years of experience as a Lead in a manufacturing environment Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred Strong understanding of OSHA, GMP, and Lean Manufacturing Strong computer skills, technical skills, and communication skills
