This role involves producing large diameter bolts (1/2" and larger) using the same National machines to perform heading, threading, and trimming on the same machine . What We're Looking For:

Experience operating National Bolt Makers or similar integrated bolt-making equipment Experience producing large fasteners / bolts Ability to independently set up and run your machine Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and upkeep maintenance Ability to read prints , specifications , and quality documentation Mechanical aptitude and pride in producing quality work Ability to commute to Alsip, IL Additional responsibilities and pay will be based on: Experience level Overall skill set and mechanical knowledge Leadership and training capabilities We are open to speaking with both: experienced veteran operators who want to pass your knowledge to the next generation newer operators with solid machine knowledge and a desire to grow If you have real bolt-making experience and want to work with a team that values craftsmanship and hands-on skill, let's talk. to start the conversation!
