We are a family-owned business entering our 40th year in operation and are excited to expand our national footprint. We are recruiting experienced Digital Press Operators to join our talented team of high-impact employees on 1st and 2nd shift in our Aurora IL production facility. Qualified candidates will:
Excel in a fast-paced production environment using problem-solving skills to keep the press running smoothly Use positive communication skills to mentor operators-in-training and keep the team focused on meeting productivity goals during all phases of production Be responsible for maximizing productivity while maintaining a high level of quality in all printed materials produced on the press Set up the press using detailed instructions to ensure the successful production of each project Monitor the quality of materials being produced Troubleshoot problems and make necessary corrections, involving a mechanic when necessary Supervise the work of employees assigned to your press/team
Experience and Education:
Must have a high school diploma or GED 1-3 years of experience operating a digital press Solid reasoning/problem solving skills Basic proficiency with computers in a Windows environment This full-time position includes the following benefits: Shift Premium for 2nd Shift Perfect Attendance Bonus, paid weekly Medical, Dental and Vision coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401k saving plan with company match Paid Vacation Paid Holidays
