Shift Pay:
$27.00-$30.00 per hour
Benefits:
Medical, Dental, and 401(k) Job Responsibilities Set up and operate printing presses. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on presses prior to production runs. Hang plates and complete make-readies for each production job. Operate large offset presses, including Heidelberg and Komori equipment. Make press adjustments to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Inspect printed materials for defects and maintain quality control throughout production. Retrieve materials and supplies from the warehouse as needed. Meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Work overtime as required. Qualifications Experience operating large offset printing presses, preferably Heidelberg or Komori. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to maintain high-quality standards and meet production schedules. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime.
