MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COLD HEADING

Manufacturing Company is looking for cold header operators to setup and operate machines at our facility in Rockford, IL. 40 hours per week minimum

Minimum Job Requirements:

MUST HAVE FASTENER EXPERIENCE 1

years' experience in setting up and operating headers. Solid work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledgeable with blueprint reading & inspection tools. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Setup & operate a variety of headers to produce good parts Operate headers with regular quality checks to ensure minimum scrap & keep accurate piece counts Maintain machines and tools Follow all quality standards, work instructions and procedures Promote & maintain a safe working environment Troubleshoot & perform minor preventative maintenance on machines 2nd shift 5pm-3am
