Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position:
Stamping Employee Reports to: Stamping Supervisor
OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for performing stamping functions for our client
PLANT PERFORMANCE RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Daily communication with all co-workers as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reliable and dependable. Meet or exceed operational rate. Take direction well. Be aware of machine operation efficiency and performance, and notify proper personnel of operating difficulties. Abide by company policies and procedures as assigned and/or as listed in the Employee Manual. Immediately report any injury or illness to a supervisor. Immediately report unsafe practices or conditions to a supervisor. Actively participate in all required training assigned by the company. Support continuous process improvement functions. Demonstrate commitment to

2000, ISO/TS 16949, and CCT philosophies. This description reflects the principal functions of the job for the purpose of job evaluation. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED. Experience setting progressive dies. Experience with progressive stamping machines. Experience with decoilers and feeders. Factory experience is a plus. Eagerness to learn.
PLANT PERFORMANCE RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Daily interaction and direction from Stamping Supervisor. Interaction with our client staff when needed as well as Quality personnel.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
