Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Envelope Machine Adjuster, where your expertise will keep our high-speed envelope production lines running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you will be responsible for setting up, calibrating, and maintaining envelope manufacturing equipment to ensure top-quality output. Your proactive approach and technical skills will help us meet production goals while maintaining safety and precision at every step. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about manufacturing, machinery, and continuous improvement! Duties Adjust and calibrate envelope manufacturing machinery, including flexo presses and machining equipment, to optimize performance and product quality Monitor machine operations during production runs, making real-time adjustments to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery such as envelope feeders, cutting units, and finishing equipment Collaborate with prepress teams to ensure printing plates and materials are correctly aligned and prepared for production Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies around the production floor Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure envelopes meet specifications and standards Maintain detailed records of machine settings, adjustments, maintenance activities, and production logs Skills Proven experience with envelope manufacturing machinery or similar flexo press equipment Strong understanding of prepress processes related to printing and packaging production Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of machining techniques for troubleshooting mechanical issues Familiarity with packaging standards and quality control procedures Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to machine adjustments and repairs Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments Join us in creating high-quality envelopes while advancing your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
