Job Description
We are hiring a Retail Team Leader to join our management team in the Cincinnati metropolitan area. The Team Leader's primary responsibility is managing project orders and coordinating with other members of the staff to ensure accurate and timely delviery. This process includes setting up graphics for print, producing, and finishing the products. We are looking for a hardworking team player who is good with their hands and will enjoy putting together quality signage for our customers Team Leader Essential Tasks & Duties. Works with other team members to ensure productivity Upholds SOPs Ensures each customer is satisfied with their purchase Partners with shop manager to ensure timely delivery Helps create schedules Assists Shop Manager in organizing the shop workforce during regular hours or in an extra hours situation Communicates with production and graphics specialists any special instructions, proofs, and shipping info Contacts customers with questions on specifications and/or questions regarding print job submitted Ensures all project deadlines are met and associated cost budgets are adhered to Abides by procedures and techniques Ensures that equipment is being properly maintained and upgraded. Recommends new acquisitions that will increases productivity Manages inventory and organization of supplies Resolves all customer escalations in a professional manner Maintain an orderly storefront Other duties as assigned Maintain a working knowledge of modern typography and trends in graphic design
