HP Indigo Operator (2nd Shift)

The Role You'll run HP Indigo 7K and 12K sheet-fed presses independently on second shift — switching between machines as customer demand requires. This shift has a bindery supervisor but no dedicated press supervisor on the floor. That means you're the expert in the room. You'll troubleshoot issues in real time, work directly with HP's remote support team to resolve service calls, and maintain equipment to a standard that makes the next shift's life easier. This is a hands-on manufacturing role. You'll load paper, set up jobs, monitor print quality, adjust settings, replace press consumables, clear jams, and perform routine maintenance. The expectation isn't just to keep things running — it's to leave the presses cleaner and better prepped than you found them. What We're Looking For

• Proven HP Indigo sheet-fed press operation experience — specifically 7K and/or 12K models
• Someone who can run, troubleshoot, and problem-solve without escalation
• Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on maintenance skills
• A clear communicator who shares information proactively and doesn't hide problems
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed and takes pride in setting teammates up well
• The kind of person who goes above and beyond — not because you're asked, but because that's how you work Nice to Have Experience training other operators, familiarity with remote support workflows, or background in high-volume digital print environments serving e-commerce or brand clients.

Schedule & Condition s Sunday through Thursday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm , at our Louisville facility. You'll stand for extended periods, lift materials regularly, and work around noise, moving equipment, and ink/chemical odors. This is real manufacturing — physical stamina and attention to detail matter. What Success Looks Like In 90 days, you're running both presses confidently, quality issues are caught and fixed before jobs leave your station, and the day shift consistently finds equipment in better shape than when they left it. You've built trust as someone who solves problems instead of creating them. Starting wage is $20.00
