Job Overview:

The Press Operator is responsible for producing high-quality printed products by safely and efficiently operating printing press equipment, maintaining production standards, and ensuring customer specifications are met. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability through consistent quality, productivity, and equipment performance.

Tuesday•Friday, 8:00 PM•6:00 AM.

Pay:

$26.00•30.00/hr.

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate Heidelberg and/or Komori printing presses. Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications. Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed. Perform roller changes and routine press maintenance. Accurately log production data and complete required documentation. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years operating Heidelberg and/or Komori printing presses. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong understanding of press operation and setup. General roller maintenance knowledge. Good color recognition and matching ability. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to read job tickets and production specifications. Basic computer skills.
