In this role, you'll: Set up and operate finishing equipment such as slitters, rewinders, die cutters, and inspection systems Perform job changeovers, including loading materials, setting tensions, and adjusting machine settings Complete start-up checklists and ensure jobs are run according to specifications Inspect labels using a video monitor and visual inspection to ensure quality, color, and registration accuracy Identify, flag, and document defective material and communicate issues to leadership Monitor production speeds, minimize waste, and meet daily production targets Accurately record label counts, downtime, and production data in logs or systems Package finished product according to customer specifications Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment running efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S practices) Communicate effectively with team members and the next shift regarding job status, issues, and priorities What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of machine operation experience (printing or manufacturing preferred) Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail Basic math and ruler-reading ability Team-player attitude — willing to jump in and help wherever needed Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet Join Us!
