This position supports production by ensuring efficient setups, consistent output, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Duties Set up and operate equipment such as presses, drills, tapping machines, deburring equipment, assembly fixtures, and other production machinery Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and job travelers Perform machine setups, including tooling changes and adjustments Inspect parts using gauges, calipers, micrometers, or visual inspection to ensure quality standards are met Maintain production rates while ensuring part quality Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping Identify and report quality or equipment issues to supervision Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Experience setting up and operating machines Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
