Full Job Description Job Title:

Print Finishing Operator This is a full-time position. Pay for this position will range from $18.00-$24.00 per hour depending on level of relevant experience. We are a leading trade bindery/finishing company. We offer services such as PUR perfect binding, mechanical book binding, index tabbing, die cutting, foil stamping, folding & gluing, and much more.

Job Requirements:

Make ready and operate print finishing machines (die cutters/foil stampers/folder gluer/etc.). Set up jobs to match specifications on job ticket and production sample. Responsible for maintaining quality and hitting production rates. Operator is also responsible for maintenance on finishing equipment.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must have some previous print finishing experience. Be somewhat mechanically inclined and able to make basic adjustments using company provided tools. Possess basic math knowledge, be able to read a ruler, and know how to read and write. Must be able to stand on feet all day and lift at least 50 lbs. Candidate must also have a positive attitude, be willing to cross train and learn different equipment.
