  • Focus on possibilities, not problems What You'll Do In this role, you'll help bring signs to life using large-format printers, CNC equipment, laminators, and other finishing tools.
You'll follow detailed work orders, produce high-quality visual products, and contribute to a clean, efficient shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and a Colex CNC cutter Prepare substrates (cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting) for print or vinyl application Weed and apply vinyl graphics with precision on a variety of materials Perform finishing tasks: mounting, trimming, packaging, etc. Review work orders for accuracy and quality at each step Maintain inventory and report low stock levels Keep the production area organized and clean
Who We're Looking For Qualifications:
