$24.00•32.00 per hour (based on experience) Join Our Team Harvey Vogel Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Press Brake Set-UpOperator to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on precision, quality, and delivering for our customers. If you're a skilled operator who enjoys working with advanced equipment and takes pride in craftsmanship, we'd love to connect with you. What You'll Do Set up and operate Cincinnati press brake machines using materials such as stainless steel, cold rolled steel, and aluminum Perform complex bending and forming operations using standard and custom tooling Verify first-piece quality prior to production runs Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production Inspect parts and document critical dimensions to meet quality standards Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, and height gauges Maintain calibrated tools and equipment Meet production rates and delivery timelines Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment What We're Looking For 2-3 years of press brake set-up and operating experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong shop math and measuring skills Experience with precision measuring instruments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Experience with Proforma software is a plus Why Work Here Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Stable, team-focused manufacturing environment
