What you need to Succeed Preferred experience operating folding equipment Strong attention to detail Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment Ability to lift at least 60 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule with occasional overtime
