Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a US-La Grange-Operator I to join their team. As a US-La Grange-Operator I, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
1st Shift, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, OT as required What's the Job? Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specifications Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, and sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances Start, observe, and troubleshoot machine operations, making adjustments as needed Perform inspections using gauges and calipers to verify finished workpieces Complete changeovers, material feedthrough, and machine guarding checklists What's Needed? Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools Strong attention to detail and safety awareness What's in it for me?
