Finishing Department - Entry level

Relentless Merch is growing, and we're looking for a Finisher/Floater to join our Screen Printing team. We're one of the top custom merch and screen printing shops in Lincoln, and we take a lot of pride in doing high-quality work, moving fast, and taking care of our customers. This role is perfect for someone who likes being hands-on, staying busy, jumping in where needed, and being part of a team that actually gets things done. As a Finisher/Floater , you'll support the screen printing department with production, setup, finishing, quality checks, shop organization, and helping jobs move through the process accurately and on schedule. No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone reliable, flexible, detail-oriented, and ready to help the team win.
