2nd Shift Machine Operator- Bindery and Finishing Department To support our growth and increase capacity, Paragraphics, Inc. is currently looking to hire experienced bindery and finishing machine operators for our 2nd shift. This is a full time position with benefits, and second shift premium hourly rate. Operating schedule would be 4-10 hour shifts per week. Qualified applicants should have experience in the print or packaging industry. We are looking for team players, quality-oriented, mechanically inclined individuals to be a driving force for our second shift. Essential Job Functions Adhere to safety policies and procedures. Demonstrate an understanding of our product quality standard, customer specifications and visual inspection requirements. Flexibility to operate and train on multiple machines within the bindery department, including Guillotine Cutters, Die Cutters and Folder Gluers. Regularly conduct tests of the machine's performance and operating capacity. Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines and help the assembly line. Produce assigned jobs efficiently and on schedule. Effectively communicate with plant manager and Bindery and Finishing Manager. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Preferred, experience operating die cutting or folding and gluing equipment. High attention to detail. Strong work ethic and quality-focused. A team player with a positive attitude. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
