Machine Operator•
Flexible Packaging Location:
Milford, OH Shift:
1st Shift (6:00 AM•2:00 PM)
Pay Rate:
$18.00•$20.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Type:
Full-Time Job Overview A premier manufacturing facility in Milford has an immediate opening for a skilled Machine Operator . In this role, you will be responsible for running a slitter/rewinder or film lamination machine. While flexible packaging production experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person who brings strong, foundational machine operation experience and a great work ethic.
Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:
Proficiently set up, operate, and monitor slitter/rewinders and lamination machinery.
Maintenance & Setup:
Handle basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and auxiliary functions of the machines to ensure smooth production runs.
Efficiency & Planning:
Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet production objectives and assist in strategic planning for efficient scheduling.
Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Proven track record of successful machine operation in a production or manufacturing environment. (Flexible packaging experience is a major plus, but not required!)
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively alongside a diverse team.
Reliability:
Strong sense of personal responsibility, attention to detail, and a history of excellent attendance.
Organizational Skills:
