Positions:
Slitter Helper/ Finishing Machine Operator
Coater Helper/ Coater Machine Operator Responsibilities:
  • Set up machines for production runs, including calibration, temperature adjustments, and material setup.
  • Monitor production processes, ensuring consistent quality and output.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on coated materials to ensure conformity to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot machine malfunctions, making minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Handle raw materials (e.g., paper rolls) and load them into machines, ensuring a smooth and continuous production flow.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and machine performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment. ...
  • Work closely with supervisors, maintenance teams, and other staff to meet production goals and resolve any issues that arise during production.
Working hours:
2:00 PM

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Ability to be flexible in helping where it is needed on the production floor
Education:
High School Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
  • Lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 lbs
  • Standing up to 8+ hours a day, twisting, bending and squatting
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Basic computer proficiencies
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required
