Production Manager

Our core focus is to make a branded cup the simplest way for America's mom & pop retailers to market themselves. By relentlessly focusing on disrupting legacy manufacturing techniques with shorter production run enhancements, we aim to be America's #1 branded cup company in the small to medium size customer base. We are seeking a dedicated, mechanically inclined Production Manager to help lead our manufacturing operations at Morrison Cup Solutions. This full-time day shift position offers excellent benefits, including a climate-controlled work environment, and a work schedule of Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm. Occasional Overtime to include Friday, no weekends! Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Set machines per production work orders Lead and supervise a team of 6
  • 12 associates Guide and support team members to complete projects efficiently Motivate, support, and provide knowledge to team members Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed Adapt to changes in production schedules Maintain a fast-paced, detail-orientated workflow Pay close attention to detail and quality Conduct weekly staff and safety meetings Attend departmental and company meetings Balance productivity with cost-efficiency Set and track team productivity goals Evaluate/monitor machine performance to minimize downtime The production supervisor must possess the following qualities: Dependable•must be at work on time and cover shifts if necessary Mechanical aptitude•must be mechanically inclined, comfortable with machine set up, able to identify and resolve production issues and troubleshoot Strong communication skills Strong problem-solving ability must be able to quickly identify and resolve production issues Manufacturing and supervisor experience Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps a plus Die cutting experience a plus Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
