We're a small, fast-paced shop where quality, teamwork, and problem-solving matter. If you enjoy working with machinery and seeing the finished product at the end of the day, we'd love to meet you. We're looking for an experienced machine operator-or someone mechanically inclined who wants to learn-to operate and maintain our digital press, die cutter, and folder gluer. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality printed packaging while keeping production running efficiently. What you'll be doing You'll operate production equipment, set up jobs, monitor quality throughout production, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly. You'll work closely with the rest of the production team to meet deadlines while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. What we're looking for We're looking for someone with manufacturing, printing, packaging, or industrial equipment experience. You don't need to have operated our exact machines-we're happy to train the right person who has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys solving problems, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.
