This role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to follow patterns, measurements, and work instructions accurately. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Experience in the operation of single needle, double needle, and bar tack machines. Ability to work with various fabrics and materials. Maintains consistent stitch quality. Meets daily production targets. Ability to read and understand orders with pictures and or written instructions. Must work overtime when required. Will be required to be cross trained to perform multiple tasks. Must be able to lift 10 LBS. Must be willing to receive cross training with the goal of performing multiple tasks. All other duties as assigned.
