Precision, Efficiency, and Mentorship Why This Job is
Different:
We don't just move parts; we create them to perfection. At Custom Profile, we are on a relentless pursuit of Zero Defects and 100% On-Time Delivery . We are looking for an extrusion expert who takes pride in the craft—someone who can look at a blueprint, prep the tooling, dial in a stable process, and ensure the line runs flawlessly. But this isn't just about running machines. It's about leadership. In this role, you will be the go-to technical resource on the floor, training the next generation of operators and ensuring our team maintains a culture of mutual respect, safety, and continuous improvement.
