Job Description

Print Finishing Operator - 2nd & 3rd
Shift Location:
Arlington, TX We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Print Finishing Operators to join our production team in Arlington, TX. Openings are available on both 2nd and 3rd shifts. This position is responsible for operating finishing equipment and ensuring printed materials meet quality and customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
Operate print finishing equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, binders, laminators, and related machinery. Review work orders and job specifications to ensure accurate production. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and appearance. Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as needed. Package and prepare finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company safety procedures and production standards. Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Previous print finishing, bindery, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and follow job tickets and production instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
