We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee projects from start to finish and ensure every job is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Position Summary The Project Supervisor is responsible for managing commercial and residential interior and exterior painting projects from initial planning through final completion. This role involves supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, scheduling materials, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and providing excellent customer service throughout every phase of the project. Responsibilities Oversee commercial and residential interior and exterior painting projects from start to finish. Supervise painting crews and subcontractors across multiple job sites. Schedule projects, coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct routine job site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and productivity. Ensure proper surface preparation, painting techniques, and clean-up procedures are followed. Communicate regularly with customers, property managers, and office staff regarding project progress. Resolve on-site challenges and customer concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to company quality standards. Perform final inspections and customer walkthroughs before project completion. Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, daily reports, and change orders. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience supervising commercial or residential painting or construction projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously. Knowledge of painting methods, surface preparation, coatings, and job site safety. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience with CRM or project management software is a plus.
