THE OPPORTUNITY JPS

Books + Logistics' is in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator with a passion for print production. You will be responsible for setting up, running and troubleshooting a variety of high-speed printers. You will play a pivotal role in our print department and be part of a team that strives to improve our processes and optimize all workflows.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Accurately read and understand job tickets Set up, program and prepare jobs Quality control to ensure product accuracy and minimal spoilage Troubleshoot printer issues Maintain proper machine maintenance Strong communication skills Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED 1

year experience in digital printing is preferred Cannon experience is preferred, but not required Mechanically minded - able to set-up, troubleshoot and maintain equipment Must be computer savvy and willing to learn in-house programs and systems Able and willing to cross train on other equipment as needed Ability to multitask while maintaining quality Strong organizational skills
