Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pressman to operate and maintain our printing presses. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain various printing presses, ensuring optimal performance and quality. Set up and adjust press for production runs. Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary to ensure high standards. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and printing issues. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of presses. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and customer specifications. Keep accurate records of production runs, maintenance, and quality checks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in printing technology is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience operating printing presses. Strong understanding of printing processes, color theory, and press operation. Ability to read and interpret job tickets, work orders, and technical manuals. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
