Job Description

Finishing Foreman / Supervisor An opportunity for a Finishing Foreman needed to oversee finishing trades and they work through snagging lists in new build social houses. This role involves both supervising and working 'hands on' alongside other trades on site.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for overseeing and completing finishing works on new build housing developments. Ensuring work is delivered on time and to budget with a strong focus on quality of finish.
Experience required:
Proven experience of working in new build housing SMSTS preferred, CSCS, and First Aid qualified Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations, strong organisational and leadership skills.
Remuneration:
