Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Thermoforming Operator for a full-time, on-site position at our Appleton, WI facility. The Thermoforming Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining thermoforming machinery to produce high-quality packaging products. Key responsibilities include monitoring production processes, performing equipment adjustments, inspecting products for quality assurance, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols are integral parts of this role. Qualifications Experience in operating and maintaining thermoforming machinery Strong mechanical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment Knowledge of quality control processes and attention to detail to ensure product standards Basic understanding of safety practices and the ability to adhere to workplace safety regulations Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Physical ability to perform manual tasks and operate machinery in a manufacturing setting Prior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical certification preferred
