- Chippewa Falls is seeking a results-oriented, Manufacturing Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing team! Are you ready to make a difference? Manufacturing Coordinator Schedule and Pay Range
- Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm Our Manufacturing Coordinators are
Responsible For:
- Participates in pre-production meetings and utilizes technical expertise in the review of all components. Ensures items are set up to run correctly and efficiently.
- Leverages technical expertise to advise team members, shares insights on solving challenges and identifies and helps address concerning trends.
- Responsible for keeping all machine specifications up to date.
- Coordinates production related continuous improvement activities/events that id in the optimization of the production environment.
- Determines and/or verifies accurate and efficient machine routing and component layout.
- Receiving art from numerous parties to verify the art could be successfully printed to customer and GNC standards.
- Determines most efficient layouts for jobs. Reviews layouts with machine crews and/or supervisors for approval.
- Conduct follow up with crews regarding layouts.
- Collaborate and work closely with other manufacturing and account coordinators.
Our Ideal Manufacturing Coordinator Will Possess:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); four year degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of related manufacturing or machine operating experience
- Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of the capabilities of each machine
- Technological skills required: computer data entry, computer-aided design, and graphics software, ability to learn and operate ERP systems.
- A strong understanding of the importance of safety
