This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a stable, long-term role with a consistent five day work week. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with set-up/operating and a commitment to maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation:

Set up, operate, and monitor brake press machines to ensure production targets are met.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies to ensure they meet quality standards.

Maintenance:

Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance to keep equipment in top condition and reduce downtime.

Efficiency:

Work at a steady pace in a busy environment to meet daily output goals.

Safety:

Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and proper lifting techniques.
