Shift Location:

Neenah, WI Special Service Partners, a premier manufacturer of tags and labels in Neenah, WI, is looking for a full-time Blanker Operator to join our team! We have openings on 2nd shift: 2nd

Shift:

Position Responsibilities:

Set up printing press according to product specifications using job jackets and any special instructions Organize jobs efficiently considering press setup and shipping deadlines Track production time, waste, and any issues affecting job speed or quality Complete pre-run checklists and produce samples that meet color, alignment, and print quality standards Pack tags and labels into properly labeled boxes while monitoring press operations for accuracy and quality Operate variable-speed machinery with rotating and cutting components safely Maintain a clean work area and perform other job-related duties as needed

Qualifications:

Basic math skills and ability to work with number sequences Clear written and verbal communication Ability to use a ruler accurately Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment

Physical Requirements:

Good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity Ability to evaluate color to match specifications Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
