Job Description

Outlook Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Die Cutter Operator to join our Finishing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a Bobst die cutter, ensuring jobs run efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout production. We are currently hiring for 2nd
Shift:
Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM About Outlook Group With almost 50 years of experience in custom product packaging, direct marketing, and printing, Outlook Group Packaging & Printing Solutions understands our clients' needs and how to support their supply chains. We serve customers across a variety of industries—including food and beverage, private label, personal care, consumer healthcare packaging, consumer products, and contract packaging—delivering innovative solutions such as labels, shrink sleeves, folding cartons, flexible packaging, fulfillment, and contract packaging.
In This Role, You Will:
Set up and operate the Bobst finishing die cutter Review and analyze job orders to ensure accuracy and readiness for production Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain optimal output Inspect finished products against specifications and quality standards throughout the run Perform in-process and final quality checks prior to advancing work to the next stage Accurately complete required production documentation, including materials used and production time Use measurement tools to verify product dimensions and quality Follow all established procedures, processes, and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Collaborate with internal teams to meet production and customer expectations
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of previous die cutting or related manufacturing experience preferred (Bobst experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Ability to read and interpret job tickets and specifications Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
