Machine Bindery Operator

Crossmark Graphics, Inc., a growing full-service commercial printer, is seeking an experienced Machine Bindery Operator to join our team on either 1st or 2nd shift. We specialize in high-quality multi-color printing and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong mechanical aptitude and experience operating bindery equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Our 2nd shift offers a great schedule of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday — giving you a 3-day weekend every week. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with folders, cutters, and saddle stitchers, along with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards and meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications Set up and operate bindery equipment Maintain and monitor machines throughout production runs Produce jobs according to customer specifications and quality standards Complete required production and quality records Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with other production duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of bindery experience required Experience with Mueller Martini saddle stitching equipment is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality Why Crossmark Graphics?
