Full-time, Non-Exempt Essential Functions / Responsibilities Operate and monitor the Amada EML CNC Laser machine for fabrication production. Set up tooling, perform changeovers, and load materials ensuring proper alignment and accuracy. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to ensure parts are produced to specification. Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards according to blueprint requirements. Troubleshoot machine and production issues as they arise to minimize downtime. Perform routine maintenance and basic machine upkeep to support optimal equipment performance. Conduct quality inspections of finished parts to ensure compliance with customer and company standards. Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve processes, efficiency, and product quality. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety procedures and regulations. Support production goals and assist with other duties as assigned. Analytical and mathematical skills to interpret layouts and blueprints. Ability to set up machines for production fabrication and troubleshoot. Knowledge and ability to use dial/digital calipers to measure and hold geometric tolerances. Communicate to Supervisor/programmers effectively to resolve issues. Education and/or Experience Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
