Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Screen Printing Operator, where your expertise will bring vibrant designs to life on a variety of products. In this energetic role, you will operate and maintain screen printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output that meets precise color and design specifications. Your attention to detail and passion for quality will drive the success of our print production process, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers. Responsibilities Set up and operate screen printing machinery, including manual and automatic presses, ensuring proper alignment and registration of designs Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to project specifications, maintaining optimal color management and consistency Conduct prepress tasks such as image preparation, layout design, and color matching using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools Monitor print runs for quality control, inspecting prints for color accuracy, registration, and overall finish Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime Ensure safety protocols are followed during operation of machinery like CNC machines or flexo presses Maintain accurate production records, including job logs, quality reports, and inventory of inks and supplies Experience Proven experience in screen printing operations within a manufacturing or print shop environment Strong knowledge of prepress processes, color management techniques, and layout design principles Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience working with various printing equipment including flexo presses and CNC machines is a plus Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment is advantageous Understanding of quality control standards specific to print advertising or product decoration projects Basic machining skills or experience with typography and layout design enhances performance in this role
Pay:
$10.00 - $20.00 per hour
