Position Overview TenX Marketing is seeking an experienced Large Format Digital Printing Press Operator to support our first-shift production team . This is a hands-on, production-driven role that requires direct experience operating large-format digital printing equipment. Experience with small-format digital printing is a plus. Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on digital press operation experience. Applicants without this experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Operate large-format digital printing presses safely, efficiently, and accurately Set up print jobs, load materials, and verify production specifications Ensure color accuracy, print quality, and consistency across all jobs Monitor print runs and proactively identify and resolve production issues Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and output goals Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient production workspace Follow all production standards, workflows, and safety procedures Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience operating large-format digital printing equipment Direct experience with Roland printers required Experience with Ricoh printers and Ricoh cutters strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise production specifications Proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable Alignment with TenX Marketing's core values: hungry, humble, and smart
