In this hands-on role, you will set up, run, and maintain screen print jobs across our apparel and safety product lines, ensuring every order leaves the shop with the quality, accuracy, and turnaround time our customers count on. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Set up and operate manual and/or automatic screen printing equipment. Prepare screens, inks, garments, and job materials for production runs. Review work orders for artwork placement, ink colors, garment type, and quantity. Print apparel and promotional items to customer specifications. Check prints throughout production for quality, registration, color accuracy, and consistency. Troubleshoot common printing issues, including registration, ink coverage, curing, and garment defects Reclaim screens, mix inks, and assist with general shop duties as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Qualifications Previous screen printing experience preferred Experience with automatic presses, manual presses, dryers, exposure units, and screen prep is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read and follow work orders accurately Basic understanding of inks, mesh counts, registration, and curing Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes of apparel as needed Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Willingness to learn and help in other areas of production when needed Schedule Tuesday to Saturday schedule Tuesday 11am
