Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Signs & Printing Specialist to bring visual concepts to life through innovative signage and print solutions. Responsibilities Operate and maintain screen printing equipment, ensuring precise application of inks on diverse substrates. Prepare artwork files using graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, for accurate printing and layout design. Manage prepress processes such as color management, proofing, and layout adjustments to ensure print quality. Oversee the setup and calibration of flexo presses, CNC machines, and other manufacturing tools to produce consistent signage outputs. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to meet specifications and standards. Collaborate with the design team to develop effective print advertising materials with attention to typography and visual hierarchy. Utilize forklifts and other machinery safely during material handling and production workflows. Qualifications Proven experience in screen printing, flexo press operation, or CNC machining within a manufacturing or print environment. Strong knowledge of prepress processes, color management, and layout design principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for preparing artwork files. Familiarity with graphics production techniques including typography and print advertising. Ability to operate machinery such as CNC routers, machining tools, and flexo presses safely and efficiently. Experience with quality control procedures to ensure consistent output standards. Valid certification or training in forklift operation preferred; additional certifications in manufacturing or safety are a plus.
