Role:

Operate an 8-color sheet-fed press, maintaining precise control and consistent quality. Manage and maintain E.C/U.V. curing systems to ensure optimal performance. Utilize modern Color Control Systems (CCS) to interpret and apply trapping, gray balance, and dot gain data for maintaining Solid Ink Density (SID). Ensure each job meets specifications and customer requirements, seeking clarification when needed. Uphold the highest quality standards in the production of each job. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Adhere to company and departmental standard operating procedures and policies. Perform other assigned tasks to support production needs.

Qualifications:

Required Skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Solid quality control skills and attention to detail. Minimum of five years of experience in the printing industry, specifically in a pressroom environment. Preferred Skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and priorities. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, with frequent use of hands and arms, and the ability to stand and move throughout the day. Capability to lift at least 50 lbs for maintenance tasks, such as roller maintenance.
