Job Description
Screen Printing Operator•Candle Glass Production We are looking for an experienced and reliable Screen Printing Operator to join our candle manufacturing team. This position focuses on screen printing and decorating glass candle vessels in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of serigraphy/screen printing processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Perform screen printing on glass candle vessels and containers Prepare screens, inks, and production materials Ensure print quality, alignment, and color consistency Clean and maintain printing equipment and work area Assist with production setup and daily workflow Follow safety and quality control procedures Work closely with the production team to meet daily goals Requirements Previous experience in screen printing / serigraphy required Experience printing on glass or cylindrical surfaces is a plus Ability to lift and move materials over 50 lbs Comfortable standing and working for 8-hour shifts Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Schedule Full-time 8-hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location In person•Responsabilidades Realizar trabajos de serigrafía en vasos de vidrio para velas Preparar pantallas, tintas y materiales de producción Verificar calidad de impresión, alineación y consistencia de color Limpiar y dar mantenimiento básico al equipo de trabajo Apoyar en la preparación y organización de producción diaria Cumplir con estándares de seguridad y calidad Trabajar en equipo para cumplir metas de producción Requisitos Experiencia previa en serigrafía requerida Experiencia imprimiendo en vidrio o superficies cilíndricas es un plus Capacidad para levantar más de 50 libras Capacidad para trabajar de pie durante turnos de 8 horas Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad Capacidad para trabajar en ambiente de producción rápido Responsable, puntual y con buena actitud de trabajo Inglés y español es un plus Horario Tiempo completo Turnos de 8 horas Lunes a viernes Lugar de trabajo
