Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Digital Print Operator and become a vital part of our innovative printing and manufacturing environment! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating high-tech digital printing equipment to produce vibrant, high-quality prints for a variety of applications, including marketing materials, packaging, and custom projects. Your expertise will ensure that every print meets precise specifications, maintains color accuracy, and upholds our commitment to excellence. This position will offer training to run the printing machines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced setting where your skills directly contribute to delivering outstanding products to our clients. Responsibilities Set up and operate digital printing presses, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Prepare digital files using prepress techniques, including color management and layout design adjustments. Conduct color calibration and management to guarantee consistent, accurate color reproduction across all prints. Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Implement quality control procedures by inspecting printed materials for defects, color consistency, and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to refine print layouts and ensure seamless production workflows. Maintain detailed records of print jobs, machine maintenance, and quality checks for accountability and continuous improvement. Skills Proven experience with digital printing machinery, such as Large Format - Canon, Black Printer- Konica Minolta, Color and Envelope Printer-Konica Minolta. Using Print workstation called Fiery Command Station. Willing to train on all Printers. Customer Service experience ( if applicable) Strong knowledge of prepress processes, including file preparation and layout design using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Expertise in color management techniques to achieve precise color matching across various substrates. Familiarity with graphic design principles, typography, and print advertising standards. Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, quality control standards, and safety protocols in a production environment.
