In this role, you will operate state-of-the-art screen printing equipment to produce customized apparel, promotional items, and print advertising materials. Your attention to detail and technical skills will ensure each print meets our rigorous quality standards, delivering exceptional results that delight our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in printing technology while contributing to innovative projects in a fast-paced environment. Duties Set up and operate screen printing machinery, ensuring proper alignment and registration for each job Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to project specifications and color management requirements Perform prepress tasks such as image preparation, layout design, and color calibration using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to maintain consistency and high standards Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist with maintenance of printing machinery, including CNC-guided equipment and flexo presses when necessary Requirements Proven experience in screen printing, prepress, or related manufacturing processes Strong knowledge of color management, typography, layout design, and print advertising techniques Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for image editing and file preparation Familiarity with graphic design principles and CNC machining operations is a plus Ability to operate manufacturing equipment such as flexo presses and CNC machines confidently Basic understanding of quality control procedures within a production environment Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one is advantageous Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to follow precise instructions Join us in creating visually stunning printed materials that make an impact!
