Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our vibrant manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products that meet our standards for color accuracy, clarity, and durability. Your expertise will help bring creative designs to life on a variety of substrates, ensuring each print is executed flawlessly from setup to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, efficiency, and quality are paramount. Responsibilities Set up and operate screen printing machinery, ensuring proper alignment, registration, and color matching for each job Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to specifications, maintaining optimal print quality throughout production runs Conduct prepress tasks such as creating and adjusting layouts using graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite and managing color calibration for accurate reproduction Perform quality control checks during and after printing to identify and correct issues related to registration, color consistency, or print defects Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting malfunctions, and coordinating repairs with maintenance teams Assist in developing new print layouts and optimizing existing designs for efficiency and quality using typography and layout design principles Follow safety protocols and manufacturing standards to ensure a safe working environment at all times Qualifications Proven experience in screen printing techniques within a manufacturing or print shop setting Strong knowledge of prepress processes, color management, and layout design principles Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for preparing print files Familiarity with flexo presses, CNC machinery, machining processes, and CNC programming is a plus Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred) for handling raw materials and finished products Understanding of quality control standards specific to print advertising and branding applications Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting printing equipment issues Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision in typography and layout design Join us in creating vibrant printed products that captivate audiences!
