Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented DTF (Direct-to-Film) Operator to join our production team in Pompano Beach. This role is responsible for operating DTF printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and supporting daily production goals. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain DTF printing machines Prepare artwork files for printing Load films, inks, and materials as needed Monitor print quality and make adjustments when necessary Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment Assist with heat pressing and finishing processes Meet daily production targets and deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Previous DTF, screen printing, or digital printing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic computer skills (file handling, printing software is a plus) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
