This is a hands-on production role working directly alongside ownership.

What You'll Do:

Operate screen printing equipment and machinery Handle screen preparation, ink mixing, and press setup Execute print runs accurately and efficiently Maintain equipment and work area Help train ownership on day-to-day production processes
