THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking an experienced screen printer to join our production team on a part-time, as-needed basis. This is a flexible part-time position with scheduling coordinated based on production needs and availability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate a manual 6-color screen printing press with precision Print using both water-based and plastisol inks on cotton and blend fabric apparel Create burning screens for proper screen registration and color separation Apply heat press labels to finished garments Manage forced air conveyor dryer operations for optimal ink curing Execute CMYK multi-color printing across all product lines Perform quality inspections on all finished products Maintain equipment and workspace to professional standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of professional screen printing experience Hands-on expertise with both water-based and plastisol inks on cotton and blend fabrics Proven experience operating manual 6-color presses Proficiency with forced air conveyor dryers Ability to create burning screws and manage screen registration Heat press label application experience Strong understanding of CMYK color theory and separations Meticulous attention to detail — quality is non-negotiable Professional, reliable, and independent work ethic Flexible availability for part-time shifts
