Screen Printing Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Lyons, GA (onsite)

Shift:

2nd Shift (Evening/Night - exact hours to be confirmed)

Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a hands-on Screen Printing Supervisor to lead 2nd shift operations in a growing production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced press operator or printing professional ready to step into a leadership role and help scale operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and oversee all 2nd shift screen printing operations Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met Train, coach, and support team members on equipment and processes Troubleshoot production issues to maintain efficiency and workflow Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications Required:

Experience in screen printing (press operator or similar role) Strong understanding of screen printing processes and equipment Ability to lead or readiness to step into a supervisory role Comfortable working independently on a night shift

Preferred:

Previous supervisory or team lead experience Background in high-volume production environments Work Environment Hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Fully onsite position requiring active involvement on the production floor Why Join?
